Hello my name is Gill, I am the Languedoc-Roussillon Granny and together with my husband John I help potential British house buyers with their property search and relocation programme. Before living in Languedoc-Rousillon we lived in Northern France for 6 years. We relocated to this region to take advantage of the climate and the quality of life, which was recently voted the second best in all of France! There is a wonderful mix of history and modernity in the region, from roman ruins and middle ages castles to the city of Montpellier, which is rated as the most progressive city in France. And for the wine buff, Languedoc-Roussillon is the largest wine growing area in the world! |
